Prior to embarking on her role at DCM, Dr. Holmes spent almost 20 years working as an international project manager and consultant, for both private companies and government agencies, across North and South America, United Kingdom, Europe, Russia, and Asia. During this time, Dr. Holmes worked with high performing management groups and teams, undertaking scientific and practical based consultation to optimize service levels, increase profitability, and drive strategy and objectives. Over the period of her career, Dr. Holmes has contributed to educational research and technical platform learning in the insurance industry, presenting at numerous international conferences.
