A brief introduction

DCM was co-founded by Dr. Neysa Holmes and Gary Scott on May 1, 2018.  At its inception, DCM was a TPA exclusively handling claims for a Lloyds’ of London Syndicate managing their North American Property and Liability claims. In 2020, DCM expanded its availability to other Lloyd’s syndicates, North American excess and surplus lines and self-insurers, and other specialty lines of claims handling and professional services.  

Together with its founders, DCM is outstandingly supported by a professional claims and administrative team. Across the globe, DCM has access to experts and litigation resources when needed. DCM combines its collective industry experience and knowledge of the London market and governance requirements to deliver a professional, responsive service that is tailored to every client’s needs.

Dr. Neysa Holmes, PhD - President & Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Holmes is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), President, and Co-Founder of DCM. She assumes the overall responsibility for the management and marketing of DCM and oversight of litigated matters. 

Prior to embarking on her role at DCM, Dr. Holmes spent almost 20 years working as an international project manager and consultant, for both private companies and government agencies, across North and South America, United Kingdom, Europe, Russia, and Asia.

During this time, Dr. Holmes worked with high performing management groups and teams, undertaking scientific and practical based consultation to optimize service levels, increase profitability, and drive strategy and objectives. Over the period of her career, Dr. Holmes has contributed to educational research and technical platform learning in the insurance industry, presenting at numerous international conferences. Dr. Holmes continues to focus on global cultures, international business consulting, and systematic changes across the globe.

 

Gary Scott - Chief Compliance Officer and Consultant for Lloyd’s Market

Gary has over 50 years’ experience working in the insurance industry, starting out as a field adjuster, and eventually establishing his own company in 1984. After a successful 8 years of building up the business, Gary then sold his interests in this organization. Gary then joined CJW and Associates over seeing day-to-day branch operations and becoming President and Chief Executive Officer within 3 years. During his tenure and under his leadership, CJW earned a reputation as best-in-class DCA. Gary then retired in 2013. In 2018, Gary came out of retirement to lead DTW Claims Management, a TPA established to provide an exclusive claims service to Lloyd’s Syndicate DTW1991, as their Chief Executive Officer.

Since establishing DCM and subsequently acquiring DTW Claims Management, with the aim of making the claims services available to other syndicates, Gary maintains his role by building on his long-term industry relationships and bringing new business opportunities in support of DCM’s growth objectives.
